Itinerary

The Taormina shore excursion starts from Giardini Naxos Cruise Port or from Porta Catania (Taormina). On request, departure from your accommodation located in Giardini Naxos and Taormina area.
The first stop will be Castelmola: we will spend about 1 hour to visit this medieval village where you will enjoy Piazza Sant’Antonio, the Cathedral and the Castle, then our tour guide will let you taste the traditional almond wine in a local cafè.
During the Taormina shore excursion there will be a guided walking tour in the main street Corso Umberto, you will visit Porta Catania and Porta Messina, the Cathedral of Taormina, April IX Square and the clock tower, Corvaja Palace, and the Greek-roman theatre of Taormina. At the end of the guided visit you will have enough free time to visit the exclusive shops or to have lunch.
