Our drivers will wait in the arrival area for 90 minutes after your flight lands. They will hold a sign with your name written on it. If, during those 90 minutes, you are a no-show or do not contact our offices, they will leave, and New Travel Services will ask you to pay for that service.
If the customer arrives in Sicily with a non direct flight, if the originating flight is delayed or has been cancelled, is the customer responsibility to contact the agency.
Drivers will be waiting for you in the airport, near the sliding doors of the arrival area located near the baggage pick-up area.
From 9.30 PM to 7.00 AM there is a 20% surcharge on the fare.
Transfers scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM will incur an additional fee.
For services over 500 euros, a deposit of 100 euros is required.
Cancellation are accepted up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
