FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What type of services do you provide?
We provide professional tour guiding, tourist accompaniment and experience organization services in Sicily. All activities are offered as cultural and nature-based experiences, bookable individually.

No.
We do not sell “all-inclusive” travel packages as defined by Italian tourism law.
Our experiences are independent from accommodation:

  • accommodation is arranged directly by the guest

  • or provided and invoiced by licensed travel agencies or tour operator partners

We do not sell, broker or invoice accommodation services.

We do not sell flights or air transportation services.

Some experiences may include movements necessary to carry out the activity.
These movements:

  • are functional and ancillary to the experience

  • do not constitute an independent transportation service

  • are not marketed or sold as transfers

We do not directly provide transfer, NCC, taxi or shuttle services.
The core value lies in the guided experience and professional accompaniment, not in transportation.

Services are invoiced as:

  • “Tour guiding and tourist accompaniment services”

  • “Organization and delivery of guided experiences”

Transportation is never invoiced as a standalone service.

For services outside the scope of our professional activity—such as:

  • full travel packages

  • accommodation

  • flights

  • tour operator services

  • chauffeur-driven transportation (NCC) or dedicated transfers

  • tour operator services (travel packages, accommodation, flights) are provided and invoiced by

    licensed travel agencies or tour operators, including an affiliated company based in the United States

    (LLC);

    any chauffeur-driven transportation services (NCC) are carried out by independent, duly licensed

    third-party operators.

    Our role is strictly limited to:

    professional tour guiding

    tourist accompaniment

    experience organization and coordination

Our activity is carried out as a professional service, in compliance with applicable regulations.

Any movements are ancillary to the experience and consistent with recent Italian case law

(Italian Supreme Court – Cassation Court, Civil Section II, 21 October 2024, no. 27218).
