Wash, peel and cut the vegetables: tomatoes, eggplants, zucchini, potatoes… Use a pan to fry them (yes, in Sicily we fry everything!) and learn about the secrets of the Sicilian traditional recipes. Teresa will be with you all the time, sharing with you the best tips to cook Sicilian food. According to the seasonal availability of vegetables you are going to prepare with her local dishes such as maccheroni, parmigiana and the famous Sicilian caponata, based on eggplants.
